Canada ranks No. 5 in women’s soccer

Canada has slipped one place to No. 5 in the latest FIFA world women’s soccer rankings. There was also movement atop the table with the U.S. falling from No. 1 after two losses to France and Germany at the She Believes Cup. European champion Germany takes over top spot, ahead of the Americans. France remains at No. 3 while England replaces Canada at No. 4. The Canadian women will test themselves against the top-ranked Germans in Erfurt on April 9.
