New renos for new mothers

- RENO, SET, GO!

This series, which sees friends and family pull off secret room makeovers for deserving loved ones, continues with new backto-back episodes. In Insta Family, we meet Cort and Nicole, who became pregnant after adopting a sevenyear-old daughter — but the baby was born four months early. Nicole had to quit her job and spends up to 14 hours a day in the neonatal intensive care unit. Cort wants to surprise her with a nursery. Then in Double Trouble, one-year-old twins have taken over David and Stephanie’s home, prompting David to plan a living-and-dining-room reno. Cheryl Torrenueva and Roger Morin host. Jonathan and Drew Scott, of HGTV’s Property Brothers, are executive producers. (HGTV)

The food competitio­n show serves up a new episode titled Whole-y Cow! In the mystery box challenge, the top 15 cook randomly chosen parts of a cow. The winner receives a huge advantage moving forward; those who didn’t impress must face off in an eliminatio­n challenge. (CTV/Fox)

It’s a fresh instalment of the first-year drama about the crack cocaine epidemic in 1980s Los Angeles. In Trauma, Franklin (Damson Idris) and Leon (Isaiah John) deal with the thief. Teddy (Carter Hudson) goes to extreme measures to protect the CIA, and Lucia (Emily Rios) and Gustavo (Sergio Peris-Mencheta) connect in the aftermath of the previous night. (FX)

The latest documentar­y in this sports series is George Best: All By Himself. Best, Northern Ireland’s legendary soccer player, remains one of the most naturally gifted people in the sport. HUNTER STREET

The first-year comedy adventure series produced in the Netherland­s continues its focus on five foster children in Amsterdam trying to find out what happened to their missing foster parents. In the new instalment Sophie, the Hunter children capture a surprising trespasser and must hide their new guest from Tim (Barnaby Savage) and Simone (Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing). (YTV)

LITTLE BIG SHOTS: FOREVER YOUNG

The first season of this talent show for seniors comes to an end on Wednesday. The finale features a 72-year-old pole dancer from China, an inflatable-theatre performer, a champion trick roper, an 81-year-old dancer and illusionis­t Chipps Cooney. (City/NBC)
