Canada Post makes email look good
We want to thank the post office for mail delivery. My daughter in Calgary mailed us a happy anniversary card in October for our 62nd anniversary on Oct. 21 and we received it on Jan. 8.
We were quite surprised that it should take that long to come from Calgary but we did get it.
I mailed a birthday card to my son-in-law in Calgary for his birthday on Oct. 7 two years ago and he still hasn’t received it yet.
It makes a person wonder about the efficiency of modern automatic sorting mechanisms, and gives you good reason to use internet or email.
