Ibaka suspended, DeRozan only fined

Incidents in Tuesday’s loss to the Miami Heat involving two Toronto Raptors starters resulted in a one-game suspension for Serge Ibaka and a $25,000 fine for DeMar DeRozan. Already down veteran point guard Kyle Lowry due to a bruised tailbone, the Raptors head into Thursday’s game against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers down two starters. DeRozan who appeared to push/punch Goran Dragic at the conclusion of the game, will be able to play. Ibaka and ex-Raptors forward James Johnson threw punches at each other and were ejected. They both got one-game suspension­s without pay.
