City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed bylaws on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 2nd Flr. City Hall. You are invited to attend the Public Hearing to express your views or listen to the deliberations. If you have any technical questions about the bylaw and the report, please contact the Bylaw Amendment Officer at (780) 423-6888. Your comments can be e-mailed, faxed or presented in person. If you wish to speak to City Council, please complete a request to speak form at www.edmonton.ca/ meetings/ or call the Office of the City Clerk at (780) 496-8178. Anyone designated to speak on your behalf must present written permission with their name, the item they will speak about and your signature. Send written comments to the address below or e-mail city.clerk@edmonton.ca or fax (780) 496-8175. All written submissions will be available for public review at the public hearing and at the Office of the City Clerk. You may view the proposed bylaw and accompanying report at www.edmonton.ca/meetings. Select City Council agenda and then the meeting date.
