PREMIUM PALETTES

Owners of luxury units at West Block can choose from six different palettes to finish the interior of their condos.

The Met:

A rich American walnut flooring base grounds a captivating mixture of crisp, bright whites and light, smoky greys. Moma: Natural black walnut accents are juxtaposed with clean, cool whites and a bright base of naked oak flooring.

Guggenheim (Carrara variant):

Indulgent, smooth charcoal is balanced with black walnut and bright oak flooring. The Carrara variant layers smooth, smoky greys with white notes and includes a marble veneer fireplace surround and an extravagant marble mosaic in the ensuite.

Guggenheim (Gainsboro variant):

The same charcoal, walnut and oak are complemented here with white shimmer countertops, stone textures and gloss finishes.

Cloisters (Cortado variant):

Dark and moody espresso tones are brought to life with Shaker-style details and complemented with warm, neutral creams along with traditional and American walnut. The Cortado adds stone textures and ivories to this mixture.

Cloisters (Carnegie variant):

The walnut, fine details, and espresso tones of Cloisters are here complemented with warm and cream marbles, travertine finishes, and accents of soft ivory.
