Police look for man wanted in connection to Leduc shooting
RCMP are looking for a 20-yearold Edmonton man facing charges in relation to a shooting in Leduc last month.
Officers found two men with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds after being called about shots fired inside an apartment complex at 105 Westhaven Drive on July 17, just after 2 p.m.
Both men were sent to hospital and later released. Police said at the time they believed it was a targeted shooting.
Salah Ali Aden is facing nine charges, including aggravated assault.
He is described as 5-foot-7 and weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police warn he may be armed and say not to confront him. Aden is known to visit the Edmonton area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Leduc RCMP, local police, or Crime Stoppers.
