1. Be­fore bed, wash and blow-dry your hair as usual, leav­ing it slightly damp. Twist it into a bun at the nape of your neck and loosely se­cure it with an elas­tic band. 2. When you wake up, shake out your hair and spritz with dry sham­poo along the roots for a boost of vol­ume and tex­ture (if needed). It should have a lit­tle bend where it was twisted. 3. To frame your face, wrap a few one-inch pieces at the front around a medium-bar­rel curl­ing iron for five to 10 sec­onds. (Avoid the roots and the ends; fo­cus on the mid­sec­tion.) Then rough up your hair with

your fin­gers and prep for your selfie.
