While we’re snug­gling around a firepit, toast­ing sweater weather by the ce­les­tial orb’s sil­very light, we’ll be sip­ping this spicy creation by Dave Fau­teux, mixol­o­gist at the Two Black Sheep bar in Hamil­ton, Ont. In­spired by au­tumn in the Ni­a­gara re­gion, Fau­teux ac­tu­ally de­signed this cock­tail with Thanks­giv­ing in mind: “It’s per­fect for af­ter din­ner, with cider made from press­ing ap­ples left over from the pies you’ve made.”
