READER OF THE MONTH

I was excited to see an article about designer eyewear (“Focus Group,” August 2015) in your magazine. As a young professional in the optical industry, I’m happy that frames are finally getting the attention they deserve. It’s true— boys do make passes at girls with glasses! These days, eyewear has become so fun and exciting. Glasses are now considered a fashion accessory, rather than a medical device. I do, indeed, have a frame for every mood.
