Zucchini, Pine Nut, and Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Canapés

Ingredient­s

1/2 zucchini, grated 6 slices of Swedish crispbread 1 Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese 4 tsp. pine nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

Preparatio­n

Place grated zucchini in a clean cloth and squeeze to drain excess water. Spread the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs on the crispbread. Add grated zucchini and sprinkle with pine nuts. Enjoy!
