Un­scented can­dles won’t in­ter­fere with al­ler­gies and sen­si­tiv­i­ties, or with your food or wine (avoid us­ing scent neb­u­liz­ers or dif­fusers, too). White un­scented ta­pers or tea light can­dles, or beeswax can­dles, are good choices.
