This pair­ing can go sev­eral ways, since the app is such an in­ter­est­ing com­bi­na­tion of sweet and savoury. We chose a White Ne­groni, made with a gen­tle gin like Ply­mouth (LCBO 277004, $44.95) as the base, to cre­ate a so­phis­ti­cated pair­ing.

To a rocks glass filled with ice, add 1 oz gin, 1 oz Luxardo Bit­ter Bianco (LCBO 495747, $24.70) and 1 oz Lil­let Blanc (VIN­TAGES 322297, $19.10). Stir. Gar­nish with a lemon twist.
