FROM THE DESK OF JULIE MARTIN

- Roger & Julie D. Martin Sales Representatives

Ten years ago, while I was selling Real Estate Advertising at The Record, I got an invitation from one of my clients to get my real estate license and join their brokerage. So, I did just that and never looked back.

A few years later, when my business got a little too busy to handle on my own, I asked my husband Roger to join me and that is when we launched “The Red Carpet Crew”. We wanted a team name that didn’t contain our own names, but something that reflected the type of service we offer our clients.

Prior to selling real estate, Roger had over 25 years of experience as a custom woodworker and he still has a renovations business which he appropriately named “Red Carpet Renovators”. Roger’s skills are some of the absolute best in the region. His ability to envision what could be is a real asset to buyers who sometimes need a little help picturing how they could make the houses we’re showing them into the home of their dreams. He is also able to help sellers who need to do a few things to make their homes more marketable prior to listing.

A third agent was added to our team last year to ensure that our clients always have someone available for them, and we have a full-time assistant to keep us all on track.

While our business is growing, we are committed to always providing our clients with our signature Red Carpet service.

I have been proudly working under the Century 21 banner since day one, and last year I invested in the brokerage and became one of the partners. I believe in community, teamwork, making a difference in the lives of those around me, and doing everything I do with excellence.

Our new “boutique-style” Team Office, which opened in June of this year, truly reflects the type of quality we have built our business on. Featuring Roger’s beautiful woodworking, my interior décor and pieces from local artists, it truly feels more like a home than an office. We are located in Midtown, half way between Westmount and Belmont. Give me a call if you’d like to talk about our services and how we can help you with any of your future plans.
