Local coach sets long-term goal

Being named head coach of Softball Canada’s junior men’s team brings Jeff Ellsworth closer to his ultimate goal in the sport.

The Union, P.E.I., resident said he’d like to coach Canada’s senior men’s or senior women’s team at some point. He admits having women’s softball reinstated into the Olympic Games would make coaching at the senior women’s level very exciting.
