I apologize; now please review the study

I sincerely apologize to Premier Wade MacLauchlan for wrongly pinning him as the driver behind opening up corporate land limits in P.E.I. At least that might have been the public perception from my recent letter. Post meeting analysis revealed that it was the Robert Ghiz Liberal administration that did that.

It is an outrage, seeing they ignored the Carver Commission recommendations regarding the Land Act, but it is just one more awful thing MacLauchlan got handed from that bunch.

Maybe I should have been better informed.

When I brought up land limits in a public forum and Alan MacIsaac was ignorant to me, telling me to “move.”

I reached the wrong conclusion when it was revealed to me months later that the act had been opened. If I were premier I would dismiss that man.

Could the premier please reverse that legislation that amounts to what I think is an attack on rural P.E.I.’s sustainability?

Please go back to study the recommendations of the Carver Inquiry.
