As a part of our Public Confidence goal, our parent council thought building a connection between our youth and the elders in our communities could be beneficial for both age groups. From this conversation, we decided to contact our community activity directors for our senior homes to see if there would be interest. The weather has kept us from setting up our meeting times, but we finally were able to get residents from Margaret Stewart-Ellis Home to visit with our Phys. Ed. 801 class. The class went very well and we look forward to having them in our building again.
