Jahii Carson scored 31 points, and Terry Thomas sank 27, to lead the Island Storm to a 139-128 victory over the Moncton Miracles in a National Basketball League of Canada game, played before 2,061 fans at Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown on Sunday afternoon. Tydran Beaty poured in a game-high 46 points for the Miracles, who fell to 11-18 (won-lost). The Storm (11-16) led 61-53 at halftime.
