The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 16th, 2017 of Mary “Una” (nee Gaudet) Clow of Summerside and formerly of St. Nicholas, P.E.I., aged 87 years. Mary was born in St. Nicholas to her late parents Wesley and Mary Ann (nee Arsenault) Gaudet. Beloved wife of Milford Clow and loving mother of Cynthia (David) McNally, Sharon (Nelson) Blanchard,

Also lovingly remembered by 18 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Teresa Arsenault, Cobourg, ON, Marjorie Dennenx, Cornwall, ON, June Hart, Vernon, BC and Shirley Fitzpatrick, Lumby, BC. Besides her parents, Una was predeceased by her grand daughter Jennifer Blanchard (in infancy), her brothers and sisters Freda, Irene, Lily, Willie, Norman, Dorothy, Joyce and Edna. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, April 19th, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Una’s memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada would be greatly appreciated.
