Good deed
My granddaughter goes to the skate park quite often and she was telling me a story about another skateboarder there by the name of Skyler.
The lights are on until 10 p.m. but last summer because some of the young people using the park were not picking up their garbage the lights were turned off earlier every night.
It was becoming a garbage pit and they would no longer tolerate it. But this young man took it upon himself to start cleaning it up. His passion for the skate park was very obvious. He cared enough for the skate park and his fellow friends to make it look good again and he continues to do so. The lights once again are on until 10. I just want to thank his parents who obviously raised a respectable child and to Skyler himself for being such a fine young man.
