Women’s retreat coming to Mill River in November

- MILL RIVER

Over the past few years, Lynn Anne Hogan realized many of the women she met seemed to be living their lives in fast-forward, just trying to get through each day.

She knew something had to change, which is why she created a business, Recharge Atlantic, focused on helping women find balance.

“I get it. I know that as women, we tend to put others first and we try to fit ourselves in if we have time and energy left at the end of the day. I don’t have all of the answers but I know that when women support each other, incredible things can happen,” said Hogan.

Through the delivery of workshops, events and retreats, Recharge Atlantic’s mission is to encourage, empower and inspire women to live consciously and to the fullest. With a focus on health, wellbeing and personal development, Hogan’s business aims to help women and girls realize their full potential.

Recharge 2017 will take place at Mill River Experience in November. Guests will arrive at 6 p.m. on Nov. 3 with the event wrapping up at 4 p.m. on Nov. 4.

“Guests can stay the night or just join us through the day. It was important for me to eliminate as many barriers as possible, and for many women, staying the night might be difficult.”
