’Tis the season for early bird rates for National Park passes
Parks Canada is once again offering entry passes for the Prince Edward Island National Park at special discounted rates this holiday season. Discounted National Park season passes are on sale at Ardgowan National Historic Site, 2 Palmers Lane, Charlottetown, until Dec. 22. These passes are valid for unlimited entry to P.E.I. National Park for the 2018 season. Beginning in 2018, admission to all Parks Canada administered parks, national historic sites and marine conservation areas will be free for youth ages 17 and under.
Entrance fees collected are invested directly back into Parks Canada activities and facility improvements at P.E.I. National Park.
In addition to the discounts on the season passes, there is a 20 per cent discount until Dec. 31 on 2018 Parks Canada Discovery Passes. Discovery Passes are valid for unlimited entry to all Parks Canada administered national parks, national historic sites and national marine conservation areas across Canada.
