Week of exams, sports and music
This week students at KISH had a very successful and busy week full of exams. MONDAY – our senior high women’s and men’s basketball teams both defeated Three Oaks Senior High.
The band started selling their candlelight dinner tickets. TUESDAY – the Junior High girls and boys AA basketball team challenged SIS. Meanwhile, the boys A team had a practice. WEDNESDAY – the senior high students wrote their block C exam.
The badminton club had another open practice for anyone who wanted to go. They practice every Wednesday from 2:30 to 4 p.m., so if you are interested in participating, feel free to stop in and try it out. THURSDAY – our high school students wrote their block A exam.
The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition took place for junior high students.
Our junior girls basketball team played against M.E. Callaghan, the junior boys A team played against École sur Mer, and our junior boys AA team played M.E. Callaghan. FRIDAY – the seniors wrote their block B exam.
The Intermediate Honors Band Weekend started off, and will continue until Sunday.
The junior girls are representing KISH at the M.E. Callaghan tournament this weekend.
Next week at KISH, Senior High students will write their final block D exam on Monday. Good luck!
There is no school for senior high students on Tuesday, and no classes for all students Wednesday due to the End of Semester Administration/School Goals Day.
