Arsenault sentenced

SUMMERSIDE – William Michael Ernest Arsenault, 31, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

The charge is from Dec. 2 in Summerside. Arsenault was sentenced to serve 25 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and must remain on probation until his time is served.

He is also prohibited from driving for 18 months, must pay a $1,000 fine and a $300 victim surcharge.
