The 14th annual Evangeline Winter Carnival is set to begin today and continue throughout the weekend with lots of winter fun planned.
The 14th annual Evangeline Winter Carnival is gearing up in communities around the region.
The popular event is set for Feb. 23 to 25 and everyone is invited.
“We are certainly hopeful that our activities will be able to roll ahead as planned, considering the fact that snow is not in abundance so far this winter,” said Annette Richard, cultural project co-ordinator for le Conseil scolaire-communautaire Évangéline.
“Should certain activities be cancelled or modified at the last minute, we’ll make sure to inform the public.”
