Grandfather to Darren, Kierson, Kyle, Brittany, Kayla, Chesley, Matthew, Ethan, Hannah, Owen and Emma. Great grandfather to Darrien, Thye, Brooklyne and Sayer. Brother of Mary Enith, George (Marlene), Robert (Cathy), Ashley, Ronnie (Leah) and Kathy Bulger, Margo (Barry) Biggar, Mary Ellen (John) Bowker. Brother-in-law of Patti Bulger, Jim (Anita), Bill (Betty), Tom (Diane), Robert (Judy), Glen (Peggy), Phil (Judy), Norm and Glory Sizer, Kevin Sizer (Cheryl Johnson), Lois Jaynes, Marilyn Moulton, Nancy Hunt, Pat Quensel, Kathy Sizer (Bruce Roth), Carol (Jeff) Quanz. Predeceased by brothers Wayne and Cecil Bulger and brotherin-law John Sizer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Kirk’s wishes no visitation or funeral service will be held. A celebration of life will be held at the Kensington Legion, 30 Garden Drive on Sunday March 11 from 1-4 p.m. If so desired contributions may be made to the Cancer Society or the PEI Humane Society.
