Ellsworth and his band perform album release show with special guest, Kinley

Dennis Ellsworth will perform an album release show at Harmony House Theatre this Friday.

The show will feature two recent projects connected to Ellsworth. It will be the first 2018 performanc­e by the musical duo of Dennis Ellsworth and Kinley Dowling, as well as the first live presentati­on of Ellsworth’s new album, “Things Change.” The album was produced by Joel Placket and released on April 20.

With over 30 industry awards or accolades between them, Kinley and Ellsworth are two of the East Coast’s hardest working musicians. Ellsworth has been at the forefront of numerous Maritime success stories, from the Rude Mechanical­s to Haunted Hearts to his welldecora­ted solo endeavours. Meanwhile, Kinley has toured the world with pop indie darlings Hey Rosetta! and also performs solo. She took home three 2017 Music P.E.I. Awards and two recent ECMA wins for Rising Star and Fan’s Choice Video of the Year.

Dennis and Kinley are longtime musical partners, touring Europe together in 2017 and subsequent­ly releasing their shared duo album, “Everyone Needs to Chill Out.” Tickets for the May 18 show are $20 plus HST and are available by calling Ticketpro at 1-888-311-9090 or at the door subject to availabili­ty.
