KENSINGTON – The Kensington Police Department responded to a number of incidents in the month of April. There was a total of 53 incidents:

– One 911 call

– One alarm

– 18 assistance calls

– One breach of peace

– Two breaches of recognizan­ce

– One disturbing the peace

– One family relations act

– One harassing phone call

– One liquor offence

– Two lost and found calls

– Four responses under the Mental Health Act

– One mischief call

– Six Highway Traffic Act incidents

– One municipal bylaw response

– One integrated traffic enforcemen­t response – One suspicious persons/vehicle

– One theft under $5,000

– One occurrence of uttering threats

– Eight summary offence tickets issued
