Busy upcoming stretch for Tenacity Hockey

- JOURNAL PIONEER STAFF

It’s shaping up to be a busy couple of weeks for Tenacity Hockey at Credit Union Place later this month. The Summerside-based hockey school will be running a twoweek camp from Aug. 13 to 17 and Aug. 20 to 24. These programs will offer full days for skills, novice, atom and peewee-aged players, as well as a weeklong goaltender program. “We have a limited number of available spots in skills, and with having sold out we have started waiting lists for novice, atom and peewee goaltenders,” said coowner and instructor Billy McGuigan, who is head coach of the Summerside D. Alex MacDonald Ford Western Capitals of the MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League). Anyone interested in one of the camps, or who would like to be added to a waiting list, can email Tenacityhockey@hotmail.com.
