WI Ice Cream Social

Augustine Cove WI Annual Ice Cream Social in North Tryon Presbyterian Church Hall, 21592 Trans-Canada Highway. Strawberry shortcake, sundaes, sweets and beverages available. Tickets available from Women’s Institute members or at the door. Cost: $6 for adults, $3 for children under 10, and preschool-aged children free. Barbecued hot dogs available for $2. History Talk

Historian and genealogist David Walker’s illustrated talk titled “They Came on Ships – Ancestral Migrations to Prince Edward Island,” describing journeys of 10 of his ancestors who migrated to various parts of the Island.
