New Complaint Management Services

As of July 18th, Bagotville’s Conflict and Complaint Management Services ( CCMS) program will be in place to provide both support and structure to assist CAF members and the chain of command in resolving conflicts and to handle complaints. The Bagotville CCMS is one of 16 centers opening their doors across Canada in 2018 under the Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management ( ICCM) program.

The ideal time to handle a conflict or complaint is early, locally and informally. Effective conflict and complaint management contribute­s to a healthy workplace, operationa­l efficiency, successful recruitmen­t and retention. CCMS officers are specially trained to provide informatio­n and advice on the prevention and resolution of harassment, human rights complaints, grievances, workplace violence complaints and ADR ( Alternativ­e Dispute Resolution).
