POLDARK ON MASTERPIECE
The reboot of one of the anthology series’ classic dramas begins its second season with Ross Poldark (Aidan Turner) shouldering the blame for a fatal shipwreck. To that end, he’s accused of having caused the tragedy on purpose — and deemed a murderer by some — prompting a trial that doesn’t look good for him, given the hostile stance of both the witnesses and the judge.
