MATCHING PETS WITH PEOPLE

Copper is one of the Ginger Snaps recently taken into rescue with the Last Chance Cat Ranch, as we continue looking for Ronnie who has been missing for two months. Copper is available for adoption. He is approximately 10 months old and in excellent health. You can read more about Copper and other cats we have available for adoption by visiting us at www.thelastchancecatranch.com or www.facebook.com/lastchancecatranch.

Ali is approaching his fifth birthday and has never had a home of his own. When he was rescued, his right foreleg was badly injured and had to be amputated. But that doesn’t hold this black and white boy back. He is intelligent and healthy and keeps that white moustache of his wellgroomed. What holds him back is his shyness. People don’t see the wonderful cat he can be. When you meet him, he won’t run to you, or purr for attention. He may actually want to hide. But if you have patience, if you give Ali time, he will come to love you like no other cat will. It won’t happen in a day, or a week or a month. But it will happen, and when it does, you will know the joy of rescuing a cat’s heart and soul, as well as his body. Bring Ali home and leave the rest to him. You'll know when he’s ready to trust you. It may take a while, but it will last a lifetime. To give Ali a chance, call the PAW Society at 403-328-6700 or fill out an online inquiry at pawsociety.com. Love from a shy cat is worth the wait.

Harley is a big boy who was found out on his own. He is quite calm but does love his walks/runs and playing in the compound. Harley would enjoy any outdoor activities with a new family. He cannot live with cats and would like to be adopted into a home with adults only or with older children. Harley also loves toys and stuffies.

If you are interested in meeting Harley, you can visit him at the Lethbridge Humane Society (2920 16 Ave. N. or call 403-320-8991). Purrfect Endings Rescue just took in this little cutie. Belle is only three or four weeks old. She was given away to someone who ended up calling us because they were very worried about her being so young. We are hoping to get her mom and five siblings. Belle is very active and she’s got a good appetite. She is being treated for earmites and will be up for adoption in approximately three or four weeks. Purrfect Endings Rescue is still in great need of donations to help with our huge bill at Green Acres Animal Hospital. No amount is too small. It’s very difficult to help anymore cats in need when our account is so high. We also have senior and special-needs cats who require special food and/or regular medication or vet care. Thank you so much to those individuals who have kindly donated. Call Linda (403-381-9269) or Sam (403382-0977) for more information. We are also on Facebook.
