HISPANIC HERITAGE CELEBRATION
Youngsters from the Mexicanos Sin Fronteras perform the Danza de los Viejitos — or Dance of the Old Men — during the Hispanic Heritage Night recently at Coalbanks Elementary School. The night, highlighting the school’s kindergarten and Grade 1 Spanish bilingual program, featured a meal of traditional Mexican food and cultural displays from a number of Hispanic countries.
