• The Southern Alberta Antique and

Classic Automobile Club will host its annual Swap Meet Feb. 10 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Lethbridge Exhibition Park. Come check out over 400 tables of automotive items, antiques, collectibl­es, toys and miscellane­ous items plus numerous vehicles for sale. Admission is $5 per person with those 16 and under free.

• University of Lethbridge will present U of L Brass Day Feb. 10, 9:30 a.m.-8 p.m. at Recital Hall (W570), W470, W480. The Department of Music is hosting a Brass Day for high school, university and community brass players to participat­e, rehearse and perform. Peder MacLellan, principal tuba with the Vancouver Symphony and professor of low brass at the University of British Columbia, will present a masterclas­s, be featured in the last session of the day and perform in the evening. Chapel, an evening Vesper service with beautiful music, will be held Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. in Buchanan Chapel at Southminst­er United Church, featuring reflection­s by Rev. James Grunden. This brief, intimate service is open to everyone. Enter at the chapel doors, 1011 4 Ave. S. • The 51st Annual Rotary Dinner Dance will be held Feb. 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Raymond Cultural Hall, 200 W and Church Avenue, celebratin­g the Rotary Club of Raymond’s 80th anniversar­y. Featuring the program “A Night at the Movies,” roast beef dinner, salad bar, dessert, silent auction and music by the band Hippodrome. Tickets $40 each; tables of 8, $320 or 10, $400. • Friends of the Galt will host a Friends Winter Barn Dance Feb. 10 from 7-10 p.m. at the Galt Museum and Archives, with music provided by the Great Canadian Barn Dance. The family dance will raise money for educationa­l programs at the Galt. Western casual dress; kids are welcome. Tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for youth 11-17; children under 10 free. Late lunch, beef on a bun, served from 9 p.m. Cash bar available with coffee, tea, pop, beer and wine for sale. • Kids Club and MAKEbreak Crafting Classes take place on weekends at Michael’s Craft Store at Park Place, designed for kids of all ages. Fees range from $0-$2 per child, or cost of base item. The upcoming schedule includes: Feb. 10, Kids Club, 10 a.m.-noon, Valentine’s Day Cards - decorate cards to celebrate the holiday; $2 per project, ages 3-8; Valentine’s Day Cards - Add a twist to traditiona­l cards with these pom pom ice cream cones; $5 per project, ages 6+.
