• Taka Karate School will hold its Annual Karate Demonstrat­ion May 20 at 1 p.m. at the University of Lethbridge Main Theatre. $20 per person. The head teacher from Okinawa, Japan, as well as other teachers and students from Japan, will attend and take part in the demonstrat­ion. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Birds of Prey Centre.
