• Helen Schuler Nature Centre’s Junior Naturalist­s program for ages 6-10 continues June 23 from 10 a.m.-noon, featuring “Sunlight.” Adults must sign children in and pick them up promptly at noon. For details, call 403-320-3064.

• West Wind Gymnastics Club offers drop-in fun on Saturdays from 2-4 p.m. It’s a great opportunit­y to practise your gymnastic skills in a friendly, supervised environmen­t. Age 5 and under $6 and must be accompanie­d by an adult; 6 and older $12.

• Are you a male caregiver looking for something to do with your children on a Saturday morning? Me and My Dad uses fun to create a healthy environmen­t where dads come together with their children. Relationsh­ips are not only built stronger between father and child but also lifelong friendship­s between fathers and their children. Come down to Family Centre downtown Saturdays from 9:30-11 a.m. Located at #225, 200 4 Ave. S.

• Galt Museum’s Indigenous History Program takes place every Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon, exploring Indigenous history through story-telling and hands-on activities. Individual­s and groups are welcome to attend. No registrati­on required. Admission fees apply (free to annual pass holders).

• The Lethbridge Society of Glass Artisans (LSGA) holds monthly meetings on the fourth Saturday of the month from 10 a.m.-noon at McNally Community Centre. The group meets from September to May.

• South Country Jamboree Society will hold a jam session June 24 at 1 p.m. at the Lethbridge Legion Memorial Hall. Supper may be ordered from Great Plate Catering after 3 p.m. Theme is Hawaiian; wear apparel accordingl­y.

• Martha Retreat Centre will celebrate 50 years in Lethbridge June 24 with Open House from 1-5 p.m. at the centre, 1130 Scenic Drive S. All are welcome to attend.

• Narcotics Anonymous meets Sundays at 7 p.m. at Chinook Meeting Hall, 408 13 St. N. • Lethbridge and District Horticultu­ral Society will host a presentati­on titled “Plants at Alberta’s Natural Springs” June 25 at 7 p.m. at the Lethbridge Public Library Theatre Gallery. The speaker is Kayleigh Nielson, a research associate at the U of L with a special interest in the rich diversity of plants found at freshwater springs across southern Alberta. The plant communitie­s found at these springs often include both native and non-native species. This talk will explore which plant species are commonly found at springs in southern Alberta, as well as some of the environmen­tal factors that promote the growth and establishm­ent both native and non-native plants within these ecosystems.

• Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organizati­on will offer Women and Men Golf Lessons for Intermedia­te Players, Mondays, June 25, July 2, 9, 16, from2-3 p.m. at Evergreen Golf Centre. • Free outdoor fit camp, for all ages and all abilities, runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at two locations in the city. • The YWCA Turning Point Golf Classic will take place June 26 at Paradise Canyon Golf Resort. • Galt Museum’s Archives program for adults and seniors will continue June 28, featuring “Life on Film Reels.” The CJOC TV film reels that were donated to the Galt in 2008 have been digitized. Please come for the first public screening of this unique footage. The films capture community events from the late 1960s and early 1970s including Indian Days, the Lethbridge Ice Arena fire and the 1967 Whoop-Up Days. Admission fees apply; free to annual pass holders.

• Carriage House Theatre in Cardston will present its lineup of alternatin­g summer shows, running from June 29-Aug. 22.
