The wins move the Hurricanes to 8-1-0, good for first place in the Chrysler Division and tied for first in the league with the Fort Saskatchewan Boston Pizza Rangers (8-2-0).

On Saturday, Hurricanes goaltender Brayden Peters stopped all 28 shots he faced while Michael Horon, Griffen Fraser and Matt Vogelaar supplied the Lethbridge goals. Fraser added an assist for a two-point afternoon.

Tayler Miller and Vogelaar added singles for the Canes. Vogelaar also had two assists for a three-point game and a four-point weekend.

In goal, Cole Tisdale stopped 22 shots.

The Hurricanes remain on the road this weekend.
