• Coaldale United Church Thrift Shop (2022 18 St.) is open each Thursday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Our space has been rearranged to support social distancing. Sanitizing hands is required, and wearing a mask (or other mouth and nose cover) is strongly recommende­d. We are limiting the number of adult shoppers in the hall area to 15 at any one time. For now, the only children allowed will be those in carriers or strollers. Cash only.

• Barons United Church Thrift Shop, at 113 Main St., Barons, is open, with opening days depending on health guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mondays Nov. 16-Dec. 28,
