• Martha Retreat Centre will offer Six Degrees of Meditation Wednesdays from Jan. 13-Feb. 24, 7-8:30 p.m. This six-week program explores the six degrees of meditation. The course will explore the topics of Leadership, Resilience, Present Moment, Courage, Creativity and Gratitude and how they all connect back to meditation and mindfulnes­s.
