Ticked Off

I am ticked off at the people who are arriving back into the country and immediately return to work without self isolating for two weeks. You are putting everyone else in jeopardy. Many of us are elderly or on fixed incomes. We can barely afford to stock pile two weeks worth of food and supplies and I’m sure that you can afford much more than that. You are being very arrogant and selfish. Please folks stay at home for the required time. You don’t know who you were sitting next to. We all want to be safe. Thank you.

Ticked off with the amount of DUIs in Alberta. Wonder why these consumption sites are allowed to stay open for hours?

That as the world implodes around us, our city council will not even allow its citizens to keep a few chickens in their yard for eggs and poultry.

At the deplorable condition of the road in the Costco area. It is like something you drive on in a third world country.

I get to socially distance myself as I always have. Camp at Ressor Lake, drill a hole, catch fresh fish, make a fire and eat ... just the way it was meant to be.

I would be tickled pink if our local UCP MLA could defend his government’s recent budget based on $58 a barrel oil prices in one of his News editorials. He and his party are delusional if they honestly believe this is remotely responsible management of

Alberta’s Treasury.

Tickled Pink

That the majority of Canadians voted Liberal in the last election so we have at least one level of government who cares about people instead of wealthy corporations during this pandemic. I’ll never vote conservative again.

So happy that the city of medicine hat has made photo radar an essential service. Glad to see them out there more than ever.

At what a great job Chris Brown did as editor for the News all these years. Thank You sir.

Finally some recognition in tough times for the front line worker that makes minimum wage instead of some sports figure that makes millions.

If the DJs on the radio stations would stop with the endless virus scare talk. People are well aware, just play the music that’s all we want.

Tickled Pink

I am tickled pink by the work the people in the grocery stores are doing and I think we all owe them a big

thank you. We are supposed to keep six feet away from everyone and they are trying to maneuver through the crowds at all the grocery stores while trying to stock shelves and answer questions from customers and put up with abuse from people who are angry because the store is sold out. They only work there and it is not their fault greedy people take way more of a product than they will likely use in six months so cut them a little slack and show them a little respect as their job is not an easy one.

Tickled Pink

Thank you to the power plant operators and technicians, firefighters, police and health care providers during this very trying time.

Tickled Pink

If someone can tell me what will will do once we have traded away our freedoms and independence to the government for the illusion of safety and security.
