A clash of the top two teams in the NFC South is in the offing tonight at Raymond James Stadium, where Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will defend home turf from Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints. Brady made a less than auspicious debut with the Bucs in the season opener, getting picked off twice in losing to a mistake-free Brees and the Saints 34-23.

NCIS: Los Angeles 6:30 p.m. on 9 p.m. on

After a Russian bomber goes missing while flying over U.S. soil, Callen and Sam (Chris O’Donnell, LL Cool J) race to track it down and secure the weapons and intel before the Russians on board destroy the aircraft in “The Bear,” the Season 12 premiere. Elsewhere, Hetty (Linda Hunt) gives Nell (Renée Felice Smith) a cryptic assignment.

Rebuilding Paradise 7 p.m. on

Academy Award winner Ron Howard directed this heartfelt new documentary, which looks at how a community came together in the aftermath of almost incalculable loss to begin their shared recovery. On Nov. 8, 2018, a devastating wildfire swept through the postcard-pretty town of Paradise, Calif., moving with horrific speed. By the time this inferno, dubbed the Camp Fire, was extinguished, it had killed 85 people, displaced 50,000 residents and basically wiped Paradise off the map. The townspeople’s determination to rebuild is a testament to human resilience.

Moonbase 8 9 p.m. on 11 p.m. on

Fred Armisen (“Saturday Night Live”), Tim Heidecker and John C. Reilly are creators, writers and the stars of this new half-hour comedy series, in which they play, respectively, eager astronaut trainees Skip, Rook and Cap, the leader. The trio live and work at NASA’s Moon Base Simulator deep in the isolated desert outside Winslow, Ariz. There, the guys attempt to qualify for their first space mission, although a series of unexpected circumstances makes them second-guess themselves and even question their sanity.
