Tickled Pink

A huge thank you to the police, fire fighters, ambulance, Willies Towing, Elmer and Harolds and the witness at a recent Dunmore collision. Your great ambassadors of your profession!

Tickled Pink

I was so pleased by the last two articles written by Dr. Daniel Schnee. The governments don’t know what to do with seniors because we are living longer... He just nailed it.

Ticked Off

Re: Alberta’s top doctor — I would be so convicted if I was responsible for people losing their job and businesses, for suicides, yet taking a $228K bonus! What has happened to morals in our society?

Tickled Pink

To know if the extremists or

COVID deniers will debate that the heat deaths linked to hot spells in Canada were due to prior health conditions? As they did for the last two years during the pandemic.

Ticked Off

On the AHS staff shortages. The government has only themselves to blame. If they’d not imposed the fear-mongering and illegal and ridiculous mandates, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

Tickled Pink

I have no issues with the bonus money Dr. Hinshaw made during the pandemic. Every time the UCP government made a COVID blunder, there was Hinshaw to take the bullet. Now that the COVID crisis is down to a dull roar, a few do-gooders decide to come out and criticize. Funny, we did not see any of you standing beside Dr. Hinshaw when Kenny was throwing her under the bus... numerous times. Thank you Dr. Hinshaw for getting us through the last few years. There are many Albertans who appreciate you.

Tickled Pink

Tickled pink by the UCP awarding a mysterious “S. Silver” third place in the “Her Vision Inspires” essay contest.

The themes of women staying home to reproduce, women’s inequality (inferiority?) with men and immigration being cultural suicide fit right in there with right wing lunacy.

Ticked Off

Pleased to see in the TO/ TP column of News Aug. 11, one more reader observes so many homes in city with weeds and uncut grass. Makes one wonder about their concern for personal responsibility and contribution to their community.

Ticked Off

Ticked with our two-tier health system. Those with family doctors get care. Those without family doctors get no health care. Disgraceful.
