At a prestigiou­s academy where aspiring butlers are trained, then, the rivalry is absolutely cutthroat, as trainees Emma and Henry (Stacey Farber, Corey Cott) soon discover in this 2022 romantic comedy. Michael Showalter (the “Wet Hot American Summer” movie and TV franchise) directed this 2021 biographic­al drama, adapted from a successful 2000 documentar­y of the same title, with Jessica Chastain earning rave reviews for her portrayal of televangel­ist Tammy Faye Bakker. The film chronicles how Bakker — with her preacher husband Jim Bakker (Andrew Garfield) — built the world’s largest religious broadcasti­ng network before their fall from grace.

Maggie Delaney (Rachel Boston) is a divorced mother who ventures into the dating world with some help from Michael (Paul Campbell), the single father of her son’s friend. At the same time, Maggie’s mother Barb (Karen Kruper) and her teen daughter Emma (Zoe Christie) begin romances of their own. As these three generation­s of women explore the highs and lows of modern dating, they learn that love and romance can be found at any age.
