Lavender Syrup

½ cup super fine sugar ½ cup organic dried lavender

1 cup water

Bring ingredient­s to a boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until sugar is dissolved. Stir occasional­ly. Let cool. Use sieve to strain syrup into a sterilized and sealed container. Store in the refrigerat­or.
