to Self-Care. McGill University Health Centre’s chronic disease self-management program is taking registrati­on for the September fall session. The program offers six weekly workshops that provide informatio­n, guidance, coping strategies and techniques to help individual­s better manage their conditions and symptoms, work more effectivel­y with health-care profession­als and improve their health-related quality of life. It is open to adults and their caregivers living with such conditions as asthma, arthritis, chronic pain, diabetes, heart disease, MS, cancer, kidney disease, autoimmune disorders and more. Alzheimer’s Disease — The Impact

on Individual­s and Families. Lecture will focus on how to take care of yourself while caring for your loved ones.
