THE VISION
Groupe Quorum and Groupe Marsan are renowned real estate developers with a strong experience in luxury residence and condominium development. Both have been honoured with multiple industry awards, including the highly coveted Master Builder Palme Diamant. Today they are bringing to life their most ambitious luxury residential project to date —L | L sur le Lac, the only co-ownership project in the exceptional residential sector Laval-sur-le-Lac.
L | L sur le Lac is a custom-design two- to four-bedroom condo project in four phases with 120 units for sale at the confluence of the Lac des Deux Montagnes and the Rivière des Mille Îles, next to the emblematic Le Club Laval-sur-le-Lac golf club.
Designed by internationally renowned Montreal architecture firm Lemay+DAA and prestigious design firm Innédesign, the four buildings that make up L | L Laval-sur-le-Lac are distinguished by their fluid lines and contemporary profile. Each houses 24 to 30 high-end units and exclusive penthouses providing living spaces ranging from 1,500 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet. Set at the top of these buildings, the penthouses provide breathtaking views over the majestic Mille Îles River and the magnificent greens of the Laval-sur-le-Lac golf course.
Among the common areas, the project offers a heated indoor infinity pool, physical fitness centre, and a private indoor and outdoor lounge area.
DESIGN DETAILS
Spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows, nine- to ten-foot ceilings, striking kitchen designs, sleek spacious balcony-terraces, riverside or golf-side views; every detail of the L | L sur le Lac condominiums and penthouses has been carefully designed by Lemay + DAA architects and the design firm Innédesign.
“We favoured a functional and elegant design for a living environment that is open to nature,” explained Alain Desgagné, of the firm Innédesign. “We wanted to create an urban esthetic that embraces nature and broadens horizons, which is why we opted for materials such as glass, steel, wood and slate.”
The large entrance with its extensive walk-in closet makes a grand statement upon entering this 1,674-square-foot space. The floor-to-ceiling windows, which cover most of the walls in this modern open-concept living area, allow for an abundance of natural light and beautiful views over the golf greens or the riverside. Design features such as a double sink in the master bathroom, a large food pantry adjacent to the kitchen, an oversized kitchen island and vast outdoor space are some of the features which make the L | L living spaces unique and exceptional.
This layout can also be customized, which is uncommon with new construction developments. With the support of the design team, buyers will be able to modify the layout and finishings to fashion the home of their dreams.
A similar 1,749-square-feet model can be visited at the sales pavilion at the L | L Presentation Centre located at 1000 Les Érables St., on the corner of St-Antoine Rd.
