Patient care and budget cuts

Re: “Union’s letter to Barrette slams $120M in budget cuts at MUHC” (Montreal Gazette, April 27)

It seems that our health minister lives in an alternate universe where budgets can be reduced and quality of care remains the same.

Perhaps Gaétan Barrette has been testing the marijuana that Justin Trudeau is so anxious to legalize.
