Granite ‘stumps’ worth a look

The controversy over the granite “stumps” on Mount Royal seems never-ending. But I challenge those who are criticizing them to actually go have a look.

The ones I’ve seen are not stumps, but beautiful installations thoughtfully created by local artists, and they provide places where one can relax, contemplate and enjoy the beauty of the world around us.
