Dire prognosis for Couillard, Barrette

With ill children flying in from remote areas without their parents and nurses working double shifts, Health Minister Gaétan Barrette will be gone by the end of this year.

Either Premier Philippe Couillard will get rid of him, or the electorate will get rid of both.
